This inclusive eclectic approach results in highly effective self-massage, self-chiropractic, self-acupressure/ acupuncture, self-psychotherapy & self-healing for optimal wellness! As needed Carla will mix & match multi-level Ananda & Integrative Yoga Therapy, Anusara & Iyengar Yoga, Slow Flow & Smart Flow Yoga, YinYang Yoga & Restorative Yin Yoga, Kripalu & Kundalini Yoga, Sivananda & Svaroopa Yoga, Bihar & Adi Yoga, Yoga of the Heart & Joy of Life Yoga, Pilates & Pilates Fusion, Pre & Post Natal Yoga, Kali Ray TriYoga & Yoga Meets Dance, Grace Essence & Mindful Insight Meditation, and more…All ages & abilities welcome! 

 
Carla has 18 yoga teaching Certificates, plus degrees in Education, Nursing & Pain Relief Bodywork 
 
Thursdays: Pilates 10:30-11:30am & 5-6pm
Saturdays: Yoga 9:15am-10:45am & Pilates 11-12noon
